Production Process
Raw Material Purchase
Purchase high-quality metal wire materials and frame material(square tubes,round tubes), select appropriate materials according to different product specifications and requirements.
Raw Material Inspect
Each batch material arrived the factory,the inspector will check the quality according to the order requirement,to ensure the material meet the customer’s requirement.
Mesh panel design and planning
The design team designs and plans the mesh panel according to customer needs and application scenarios, and determines the product size, produce method and coating requirements.
Mesh panel production preparation
Prepare the equipment, tools and production lines required for production. Check the equipment status to ensure the normal operation of the production equipment in each workshop.
Mechanical drawing of wire mesh
Use a straightening machine to straighten the wire to ensure that the diameter and quality of the wire meet the standards.
Welding
Process the parts that need to be welded and use welding machines to ensure that the wire mesh is firmly connected and improve the stability of the product.
Frame welding
After the mesh panel welding well,will weld with the frame,also will use welding machines to ensure that the wire mesh and frame are firmly connected and improve the stability of the product.
Coating treatment
The welded well is sent to different workshops for coating treatment, including hot-dip galvanizing, plastic dipping, plastic spraying, fluorocarbon spraying, etc., to improve the product's corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
Finished product inspection
Sent to the inspection workshop for inspection of dimensions, strength, coating quality, etc. to ensure that the product meets high standards.
Packaging and warehousing
The products are packed by automated packaging machines to ensure their safety during transportation. The finished products are stored in the finished product warehouse and are ready to be packed and shipped to customers.

1. Control of ingredient proportions

2. Control of temperature in the furnace
